When I hit the sync button on the bottom right, The iPod shows that it is sinking but just for about 30 seconds and then it goes back to connected, also at the top of the laptop screen it will flash start sink for a fraction of a second and then go back to the iPod icon. I click on the iPod icon and it brings me to the page where it shows software version 2.0.5, when I go down to the audio bar, it shows that I have a 9394 songs I just downloaded yesterday, another 50 or 60 songs onto my laptop but these will not transfer to my iPod classic.
My iTunes is up-to-date with the latest version, here is what is happening when I connect my iPod classic to my windows 10 laptop. I have tried all suggestions that I’ve read online and nothing has worked. My iPod classic 160 GB will no longer sync with my iTunes library.
